CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Rental Agreement shall be formed when the Customer pays the rental charge to the Convoy Service and the Convoy Service delivers the Rental Vehicle to the Customer. In such case, the reservation deposit received shall be allotted as part of the rental
  • Upon the execution of the Rental Agreement, the Customer shall pay to the Convoy Service the rental charge as set in the rental
  • The delivery shall take place at the commencement date and time of rental as specified and at the renting place as specified in
  • If the Customer desires to change the Renting Conditions after the execution of the Rental Agreement, the Customer must obtain the prior consent of the Convoy Service.
  • If any defects are detected in the Rental Vehicle Convoy Service shall immediately perform necessary repairs, maintenance, etc.
  • The Customer or Driver in prohibited to use the Rental Vehicle in violation of laws and regulations or against public order and standards of
  • In order to confirm booking customer needs to pay 50% or more in advance of the package he/she is renting.

 

CANCILLATION & REDUND POLICY

Rectal Service Cancellation

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, Convoy Service must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges will be as follows:

  • 7 days or more prior to travel – 0% of the Booking Amount
  • 48 hours prior to arrival- 30% of the Total Booking Amount
  • 24 hours prior to arrival- 50% of the Total Booking Amount
  • No Show- No Refund

Refund

In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for or cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made payment. Please note that the refund process may take minimum of 1-3 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the bank account or mobile wallet the charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Lost and found policy

  • If right after your trip you realize that you left something inside the vehicle; firstly, contact the driver and if available there collect the item. We already provide you with the details of the car and driver when you booked the trip.
  • If you identify after a few hours or the next day, please don’t be panicked because all your lost items are secured with us. Make a call to our hotline, share the booking details and the item you think you left at the vehicle. If we don’t find the item that you think you left in the vehicle, our customer service representative will call and inform you. The company does not refund any money for lost items, only the item that we discover inside the vehicle not property of Convoy Service comes under the scope or return.

How will you send the lost item?

Our customer service representative will contact you and ask you to receive the item from our office. In case, you want us to send the item outside Dhaka, you have to pay the courier charges at the collection point when you receive the item.

P.S. The company will not be held responsible for the lost items and will not be responsible if the items are not found in the vehicle. It is recommended to take all the belongings while releasing the car after use.
