In our packages body rent, driver cost, toll, fuel, parking included in the package price. Meanwhile there is an option where you can book the vehicle only. In such cases you have to pay the costs associated with your trip, such as driver cost, toll, fuel, and parking etc.
You can hire the vehicle and the driver will be provided within the rent. This rental is called “Pay as you go” where the additional charges applicable based on the usage.
Yes, for the packages 50% of the value need to pay in advance for booking confirmation. For “pay as you go” one day body rent requires to pay as advance.
With your booking confirmation, a primary invoice will be sent to your email address & a message will be sent to your contact number. Final invoice will be shared with necessary detail via email within after 7 days of your trip.
Yes, you can pay through cash, credit card, debit card, using the valid MFS services (bkash. Nagad, Rocket, etc.) available in Bangladesh.
We recommend to book a vehicle at least a week prior to travel to have guaranteed availability. However, we entertain booking up to 24 hours before your trip based on the availability of vehicle.

If right after your trip you realize that you left something inside the vehicle; firstly, contact the driver and if available there collect the item. We already provide you with the details of the car and driver when you booked the trip.
If you identify after a few hours or the next day, please don't be panicked because all your lost items are secured with us. Make a call to our hotline, share the booking details and the item you think you left at the vehicle. If we don't find the item that you think you left in the vehicle, our customer service representative will call and inform you. The company does not refund any money for lost items, only the item that we discover inside the vehicle not property of Convoy Service comes under the scope or return.
Our customer service representative will contact you and ask you to receive the item from our office. In case, you want us to send the item outside Dhaka, you have to pay the courier charges at the collection point when you receive the item.
P.S. The company will not be held responsible for the lost items and will not be responsible if the items are not found in the vehicle. It is recommended to take all the belongings while releasing the car after use.
